About Training & Placement

The Training and Placement Cell of Shri Ganpati institute of pharmaceutical Sciences and Research, Tembhurni has been established to help undergraduates to prepare, develop & groom for the needs of employment market.

TPC also offer campus opportunities for recruitment by inviting industries and external agencies. Placement Cell presents entire guide to the travelling agencies at each level of placement system. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as according to the requirement of the employment market. In addition to this, advice letters are given to the students whenever demanded. Students are advocated with the aid of the faculty for accumulating the information from the internet site of the various Pharmaceutical Companies.

Objectives

The T & P Cell aims to conduct and execute different activities for the students and staff with following objectives
  • To bridge the gap between curricular outcomes & the needs of present employment market.
  • To develop the excellent knowledge among students’ community of useful information of entrepreneur best practices.
  • To arrange Industrial/ Professional visits /training for students to different Industries to get right exposure and opportunity for trainin
  • Maintaining regular interplay with the enterprise via Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, Corporate Meets, Personality Development and Communication Skill

The representative of the organization should have the authority to make the final job offers immediately after the interviews

Roles and Responsibilities of Training & Placement Committee

  • The Chairman of the T &P CELL shall have the power to call a meeting of the Training & Placement Committee.
  • The minutes of the meetings of the committee shall be written by the TPO.
  • Action taken report of previous meeting shall be prepared by TPO and be presented on next meeting.
  • After the end of Academic Year TPO shall submit a Report to the Training & Placement Committee
