Shri Ganpati Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research, Tembhurni has been started in 2019. The College is approved by Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi, Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Mumbai, affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb AmbedkarTechnological University, Lonere, (Raigad) and Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai
The institute is located at Akole (Khurd) which is on Tembhurni-Karmala national highway.
Kurduwadi and Jeur are the nearest railway stations. Nearest city is Tembhurni where large no of industries are working in MIDC area.
The campus is situated in natural environment near to Ujani dam and a holy place Ganpati Temple.
College has well equipped laboratory and well furnished library.
College has well qualified staffs which give personnel attention to each student for development of all round personality.
The main aim of starting this institute is the students from rural area can correlate with Pharma eduction and health care system.
